Can I make a parking reservation?
We do not accept parking reservations at this time, but ample parking space is available for passengers of the terminal. For peace of mind, you can track real-time lot availability from our website.

How early should I arrive for my flight?
Alaska Airlines recommends arriving 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Additional information and recommendations about flying through PAE can be found on Alaska's website.

How do I report a lost item?
Please complete and submit the Lost & Found form to report items left in the terminal, at the TSA screening check point, or in the parking areas. If it is possible your item was left onboard, at the ticketing counter or near the boarding gate, please contact Alaska Airlines; Alaska manages an independent Lost & Found for items left in its possession.

Is there a Pet Relief Area at the terminal?
Yes, a Pet Relief Area is located just outside of Arrivals/Baggage Claim between the Terminal and the Ground Transportation Building. Please view this map indicating the location of the Pet Relief Area. For more information about traveling with animals, please click here.

Who do I contact if I've lost my parking ticket?
Please request assistance from a parking attendant on duty or via the call button on the exit kiosk in the parking lot. Lost parking tickets will be paid at flat daily rates. Additional information about parking rates can be found on our website.

What rental car companies are available from the terminal?
The terminal is serviced by Avis and Budget. Both companies operate a shuttle between the Ground Transportation Building and an off-site rental car center.

I am not traveling, can I still access Beecher's Handmade Cheese and the Upper Case bar?
Unfortunately, only ticketed passengers are permitted through security and into the passenger lounge.
