The Concierge is comprised of uniquely dedicated and experienced staff, trained to attend to your individual needs and exceed your highest expectations. The Concierge team ensures every guest is greeted at the terminal with a warm welcome and a helping hand, setting the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable travel experience at Paine Field.

The Concierge is located just inside the main terminal entrance, adjacent to Ticketing.
